Download CardiAction
The CardiAction app has been designed to give you full access to the information from your PWA appointment. By downloading CardiAction, you will be able to easily access your PWA results, as well as educational information on the importance of improving these metrics for better heart health.
CardiAction will also present your individual health interventions, including exercise and nutritional guidance, helping you to follow your tailored health regime.
To be able to set-up your CardiAction profile you must book an appointment for a heart screening first as the activation code will be in your appointment confirmation email.
How to Access CardiAction
Access to CardiAction is already included as part of your heart screening and is available to download on both the App Store and Google Play. Please note that you will need to enter the voucher code which is emailed to you in your appointment booking confirmation in order to set up your profile. By downloading CardiAction and creating your profile in advance of the appointment then this makes your appointment much smoother on the day but we will still be able to complete your PWA test even if you haven’t had time to set up your profile beforehand.
Please follow these 6 steps to set-up your CardiAction profile:
2. Register
Select ‘Register as Patient’ at the bottom of the screen.
3. Sign-Up
Complete sign-up and add the voucher code from your booking confirmation email. Proceed and add your profile details.
4. Validation
Add the security code from your validation text or email.
5. Log-In
Log-in to the CardiAction App and complete your self-assessment.
6. Ready for Your Appointment!
You are ready for your CardiAction Heart & Artery Screening!

Please note that if you are not able to download the Cardiaction App on your device then you can also complete these same steps online by following this link —https://cardiaction.gevityhealth.com/login
If you would prefer not to set up a Cardiaction profile either online or on the App you are still able to have a heart screening and we will we provide you with a printed report instead which identifies all the same components. If you decide after your appointment that you want to join Cardiaction then we are able to upload your results at a later date for you.
